Appointment Policy
All patients are required to place a credit card on file to schedule an appointment with True Essence Aesthetics. Your credit card information is stored securely in our payment platform, which follows all required appropriate security compliance standards.
Here at True Essence Aesthetics, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all patients.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our appointment, late, cancellation/no-show, and refund policy.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Appointment Deposits
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments, whether scheduled online, over the phone, or in person. All patients must have a credit card on file to secure future bookings.
The deposit will be applied toward your treatment total, provided that our 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy is followed.
Cancellation Policy
True Essence Aesthetics’ cancellation policy applies to all appointments — including consultations, follow-ups, and treatments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text our office at (909) 270-6009 at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours’ notice or “no-show” to your appointment, your $100 deposit will be forfeited.
Follow-Up Appointments & Pre-Purchased Treatments
For follow-up visits or pre-purchased packages/services, a deposit is not required at the time of booking. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, or “no-show” to your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Credit Card Authorization
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize True Essence Aesthetics to securely store your credit card information and charge applicable deposit, cancellation, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
Confirmation & Communication
You will receive a confirmation and reminder prior to your appointment. Please ensure your contact information is up to date so you can manage or modify your booking in a timely manner
Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above. These policies allow us to provide fair scheduling and the highest level of care to all clients.
Late Policy
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We understand that life gets crazy and things come up, however, your treatment may be shortened and/or cancelled & rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the scheduled treatment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled as your appointment will be canceled due to the treatment being considered infeasible. Your initial $100 will be forfeited and another $100 deposit will be required.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services/treatments rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. To ensure our patients always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at True Essence Aesthetics.
No refund on Gift Certificates purchases
Products/Retail
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with the receipt. In the event of an unexpected adverse reaction from a product, credit is available only upon consultation with your provider. Product must be returned to True Essence Aesthetics with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase.
