Natural Rejuvenation Using Your Own Growth Factors
Discover a regenerative approach to facial rejuvenation using your body's own healing components. Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) treatments are designed to support collagen production, improve skin quality, and restore a naturally refreshed appearance.
What Is PRF?
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is an injectable treatment derived from a small sample of your own blood. The blood is processed in a centrifuge to concentrate platelets, fibrin, and growth factors involved in the body's natural tissue repair process.
Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, PRF treatments use your body's own biological components to support gradual skin rejuvenation.
At True Essence Aesthetics, we offer two options: PRF Liquid Injections and PRF Gel.
PRF Liquid Injections
Targeted Skin Rejuvenation
PRF Liquid is injected into targeted areas to support collagen production and gradually improve the appearance of fine lines, crepey skin, and overall skin quality.
Common treatment areas include:
Under-eyes
Smile lines
Neck lines
PRF Liquid is particularly suited for patients seeking subtle, gradual improvements without traditional dermal fillers. Unlike PRF Gel, liquid PRF is not intended to provide significant immediate volume.
Results develop over time, and a series of approximately 3 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart is commonly recommended.
$500 per area
Package of 2: $950 | Package of 3: $1,300 | Package of 4: $1,650
PRF Liquid Injections may also be added to a Microneedling + PRF treatment for $200 per area.
PRF Gel
Natural Volume & Skin Rejuvenation
PRF Gel is a concentrated, gel-like preparation created from your own blood using a specialized heating and cooling process.
Unlike PRF Liquid, PRF Gel has a thicker consistency that can provide temporary volume while supporting gradual skin rejuvenation.
PRF Gel may help soften the appearance of fine lines and mild hollowness, making it an option for patients who prefer an autologous alternative to traditional dermal fillers.
Common treatment areas include:
Under-eyes
Upper cheeks
Nasolabial folds (smile lines)
Selected areas of facial volume loss
Results vary depending on individual anatomy and treatment goals. A series of 2–3 sessions spaced approximately 4–6 weeks apart may be recommended.
$700 per session
Up to 1–2 areas may be treated, depending on individual needs.
Package of 2: $1,350 | Package of 3: $1,950 | Package of 4: $2,500

Frequently Asked Questions
Is PRF the same as PRP?
No. Both are derived from your own blood, but they are prepared differently. PRF incorporates a fibrin matrix that can support the gradual release of growth factors.
Can PRF improve dark circles?
PRF may improve the appearance of certain under-eye concerns associated with skin quality and fine lines. However, dark circles caused by pigmentation, prominent blood vessels, or significant hollowness may require other treatments.
How soon will I see results?
Improvements are generally gradual and may develop over several weeks. PRF Gel can provide an initial volumizing effect, although this is temporary.
Is there downtime?
Mild swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising may occur following injections. Recovery varies by treatment area and individual response.
How many treatments will I need?
Most patients benefit from a series of treatments. Your provider will recommend an individualized plan based on your goals and clinical assessment.
